I have been a patient of Dr. Sana’s for over two years. I am so grateful to have found him and his awesome staff. I have a long history of ear problems and for the first time, in a long time, I felt heard! He listened to my concerns and created a treatment plan specifically for me. He helped me deal with my allergies through the use of allergy immunotherapy. It has been extremely effective for me. No more daily antihistamines, no more worrying about having enough Zyrtec around to treat my symptoms. I no longer take any prescription or over the counter medications to manage my allergies-something I did not think was possible! As someone who travels a lot-this has been great. He also discovered I had a collapsed Eustachian tube and was able to do a dilation that relieved the clogged feeling in my ear and decreased the amount of ringing in my ears! I am fortunate to be able to work closely with his audiologist, Hayley, to manage my hearing aids and to ensure they are in top working order! If you suffer from terrible allergies or feel left out of conversations because you can’t hear-make your way to Dr. Sana and watch your life improve!

I would highly recommend Dr.Sana for anyone struggling with chronic sinus infections or congestion. I had a minimum of 4 sinus infections per year and was severely congested year round. Dr. Sana evaluated my sinuses with camera and CT scans and then performed sinus surgery. The surgery was minimally invasive with no pain after the surgery. It is amazing feeling to be able to breathe freely and not walk around with a box of Kleenex.

After decades of suffering from minimal airflow and horrible sleep, Dr. Sana was able to help me. Him and his staff are amazing, attentive and ensure that you understand everything, before, during and after the surgery process. I would highly recommend coming to see Dr. Sana, as he explains things and really cares to help someone. The process has been smooth and seamless, if I ever had to go through anything like this again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I initially came to this clinic for an issue with nose bleeds and have continued visiting for about a year now. I decided to try out their immunotherapy shots to give my nose some relief during allergy season and I am more than pleased with the results. My days of constant, irritating sneezing are done and my allergies have almost completely gone away! The staff here is also amazing and super kind. They’ve always been warm and welcoming!

Dr. Sana is amazing. I struggled for years with allergies and respiratory issues, and after the surgery he did all those problems are gone!
My ear issues are solved too. He is a great doctor, and his team is very friendly and nice, they always receive me with a big smile

Very attentive and courteous service. I was unsure at first about getting my hearing aides at the age of 40, but the team was very reassuring and made my experience very pleasant. It’s definitely been a smooth transition to wearing hearing aides thanks to the awesome support I’ve received from Hayley.

I’ve had a wonderful experience here at Dr. Sana’s practice. Since the first moment and in every single visit, the office staff has been very attentive and communicative. I love that I can text them or give them a call and they always answer quickly.
Dr. Sana has been an amazing ENT to me. I’ve suffered from allergies my whole life, and had bad sinus issues as well. Dr. Sana did a great job explaining my condition, he fixed all my sinus issues with a quick and pain-free office procedure, and got my allergies under control with immunotherapy. I would recommend Dr. Sana’s office to anyone looking for a results-driven ENT.

My first visit was pleasant. The staff is wonderful and patient. Lanna is the one I have talked with the most. I am old and have alot of questions. She could not have been any nicer. Dr Sana is very nice and listens. He seems to know what he is doing. I look forward to the treatment plan and hoping I am better soon. Thanks to all of you.

If you are on the fence about getting nasal surgery done, don’t wait , run to Houston Ear Allergy Rhinology! Dr. Sana and his staff are the best! I just turned 59 and have been a CPAP user for 30th years and I can now breathe! Not just breathing better but documented better sleep via my ResMed app and my Sleep Number bed! I can truly smell again. Please do your body a favor, if you are having any nasal issues give Dr. Sana and his staff a call and I promise you will have fantastic results!!

Dr Sana’s bedside manner is superb. He is responsive to questions and takes time to make sure things are clear. His staff is also top notch, from reception to medical assistants. Office is clean with up to date equipment and tech. Very pleased with my experience overall.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sana. From the very first appointment, he was incredibly professional, caring, and honest. He takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and pays close attention to detail. I never felt rushed—he’s patient and makes sure you’re fully comfortable and informed every step of the way. I had sinus surgery with him, and it has truly changed my fight against allergies for the better. I can finally make it through allergy season with minimal issues. I was having trouble with breathing through my nose and was referred to Dr. Sana by my primary care doctor. He suggested I have surgery to correct my deviated septum. Surgery went well. Dr. Sana and staff are very helpful annd anccomadating. Only needed pain medication for 1 day and recovery was swift. I am finally able to breathe out of my nose. I highly recommend Dr. Sana.

I have suffered with a narrow sinus passage for decades. After radiation on the side of my face I started snoring really badly. I went to Dr Sana expecting gauze packed nostrils and a not so pleasant experience. I knew someone many years ago had this done. Well, it was nothing like what I expected. It was not packed with gauze but a stent held my nostrils open. I wish I had done this a lot sooner than I did. I'm a changed person thanks to Dr Sana. He and his staff are great.

Dr. Sana was wonderful with our daughter who has special needs. He addressed her before her dad and me when he came in the room. He asked questions but looked at her for answers and not just us. He explained the tools he was going to use to clean her ears and let her touch them and hear the sound before he proceeded. He gave us tips for home for future issues that could arise that may not require a doctor. I’m so glad we called his office. I will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

Dr Sana is always promptly. on time. Listening to my concerns. Made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with his work. Asking during procedures if still comfortable. Couldn't find a better ENT doctor. Highly recommend Dr Sana.

Dr. Sana and his staff were wonderful! He was able to fit my son in between patients when he hurt his ear during a wrestling match. Dr. Sana was very caring and made us feel comfortable. He answered every question we had. He took care of my son’s injured ear asap. GREAT DOCTOR!!

Very thorough and concerned about patient well being. I had to make a last minute appointment due to severe sinus pain and the clinic was about to close but still scheduled me. The doctor did not make me feel rushed, completed a thorough checkup, explained treatment options, allergy testing, etc and then gave me time to ask my questions as well. Although this sounds like basic good practice patient care, from my experience it's very hard to find such caring practitioners. Already recommending to friends and family. Thank you, Dr. Sana.

Unlike most of the other reviews my husband went in for an ear cleaning and hearing aids. He has had 2 different kinds of aids in the past. Spent thousands of dollars on each pair, and when he got them home he never wore them. This time was way different. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He conntinues to go in and have them checked. They are working fantastic and he loves them! Thank you Dr. Sana and staff.

I have had a great experience with HEAR, and am currently getting allergy shots, have had a hearing test, and have had sinus surgery. Dr. Sana is a great listener and addressed all of my questions and concerns of all of my issues with compassion and empathy. Followup care has been great. Staff are very nice and efficient. I highly recommend!

Dr Sana & his group are phenomenal. From our first visit with him we knew he truly cares and that we are in good hands. He took the time necessary with my husband to get to the bottom of his vertigo problems and we are working on making him better as we speak.
Gene got new hearing aids and Michael has been nothing but professional. He is patient and very thorough, which is great!
We highly recommend Dr Sana & his group. They may be new to the area, but they definitely are not new to their practice. Their knowledge is evident and they are great physicians to work with.

Dr. Sana and his group is great! I had a nasal fracture and it was my first surgery. Dr. Sana and his team took the anxiety out of the process, and I had great results from the procedure. He is a very patient and knowledgeable physician who takes the time to answer questions and is genuinely ipatient focused.
